Big Biz Finally Waking Up to Climate Change Facts?
--- Coca-Cola, as reported by Coral Davenport of The New York Times, is feeling the negative impact of climate change on its balance sheet after losing a big-money-making opportunity in India because of the lack of water to make its products
due to persistent drought. Climate change is also interfering with Coca-Cola's supply of needed resources such as cane sugar, beet sugar, and citrus, important ingredients in their products. As more companies wake up to the climate change
reality, it begs the question of whether the Republican party will also wake up and at least stop denying that climate change is real and it is beginning to have a major impact on everyone including industry and their bottom line.
